Update: Skull Passport Travel charges a trip planning fee, which ranges from $50-$200, depending on the complexity of the request and/or the number of travelers.
✓ All clients of Skull Passport Travel must complete a New Client Form.
✓ All clients of Skull Passport Travel must sign a Travel Protection Waiver Form.
✓ Pricing &Availability is always subject to change until a deposit is made.
✓ If any part of a booked reservation needs to be modified, a $15 revision fee will be applied to that reservation.
✓ All final payments must be made on or by the due date or the reservation can and will be cancelled. If you are unable to make your final payment on time, please send an email to theresa@skullpassporttravel.com and await a confirmation response.
✓ The information provided on any credit card authorization forms will be stored in a safe, secure manner and destroyed after payments have been processed.
✓ Credit Card remittances may result in an additional 3.5% processing charge.
✓ If you have any questions about charges to your card, please contact us via phone or email immediately.
✓ Special requests such as hotel bedding, floor placement & complimentary perks will be requested on behalf of the client but are not guaranteed and are not the responsibility of Skull Passport Travel.
✓ There is a $50/person cancellation fee, which can and will be applied to future bookings made within the following 12 months.
